What we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, email and delivery address, so we can deliver and keep you updated.
• Account details: if you create an account — your login email, saved addresses, order history and wishlist.
• Enquiry details: whatever you share in a bridal/custom enquiry, including any reference photo (stored privately — only we can see it).
• Basic technical data: the device and browser information every website receives, used to keep the site working and secure.

Payments

Card, UPI and banking details are entered directly with Razorpay, our payment partner — they never touch or get stored on our systems. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and handles payment security end to end.

How we use your information

• To process, deliver and update you about your orders.
• To answer your messages and enquiries.
• To run your account, wishlist and store credit.

We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them, and we never sell or rent your details.

Who we share with

Only the partners needed to serve you: our courier (name, phone and address for delivery), Razorpay (payments) and our email service (order updates). Each receives only what it needs.

Cookies

We use only the essentials: a cookie that keeps you signed in, and your cart saved in your own browser. No advertising trackers.
