Who runs this site

This website is operated by The Boutique by Anam & Ansa Sheikh, Barzulla, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is always the current one.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your login. If you suspect someone else has used your account, change your password and tell us right away.

Products & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices shown in other currencies at checkout are estimates for your convenience — you are charged in INR (or in your card's currency where Razorpay offers that choice, at Razorpay's rate).
• Every piece is handmade: small variations in colour, embroidery and finish are natural and part of its character, and photographs may differ slightly from real life depending on your screen.
• We work hard to keep descriptions and stock accurate, but occasionally an error slips through. If a piece you ordered turns out to be unavailable or mispriced, we'll contact you and make it right — including a full refund of anything paid for an order we cannot honour.

Orders & payment

• An order is confirmed when payment succeeds (or when we confirm a Cash on Delivery order, where offered).
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We aren't responsible for a payment declined by your bank or card limits.
• Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy.

Our photos & content

All photographs, text and designs on this site belong to Anam & Ansa. You're welcome to share them with credit, but they may not be copied, resold or used commercially without our written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Availability

We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir having jurisdiction.
