Shipping Policy

Shipping charges

• Within India: free shipping on orders of ₹10,000 or more. Below that, a flat ₹200 is added at checkout.
• International: a flat ₹2,500 per order, worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility.

When your order ships

• Ready pieces are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days of your order.
• Custom-stitched (made-to-measure) pieces take a minimum of 30 days to make before dispatch — each one is cut and embroidered for you. We'll WhatsApp you for measurements right after you order.

Delivery times

• Within India: typically 5–10 days after dispatch, depending on your city.
• International: typically 10–21 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs.

These are typical times with our courier partners, not guarantees — weather and customs can occasionally add days, especially to and from the Kashmir valley in winter.

Tracking

The moment your order ships you'll receive an email with its tracking number, and you can always see your order's status on its confirmation page or in your account.

Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled only before it is dispatched — message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll cancel it with a full refund. Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled (our exchange policy then applies). Custom-stitched pieces can be cancelled only before the making begins.
